About the role
One of the first engineering hires at a freshly seed-funded NYC startup building the context layer for human work — agents that represent people and companies in professional matching. You'd own the AWS infrastructure behind enterprise deployments handling hundreds of millions of rows.
What you'll do
- Optimize and harden AWS infrastructure for rapidly scaling customer deployments
- Build multi-tenant architecture: permissioning, data isolation, redeployability
- Own infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker) and pattern decisions
- Ship features driven by design-partner signal
- Fold bespoke deployment learnings back into the core product
What they're looking for
- 3-6+ years of backend/infra engineering
- Multi-tenant enterprise architecture experience
- Comfort as an early engineer setting foundations
