About the role
Founding engineer owning the data layer of an AI platform for insurance P&L teams — a seed-stage company backed by top-tier VCs attacking a $6-trillion industry. You'd own the full path from raw external data sources to production signals that AI agents can trust.
What you'll do
- Work with customers to identify high-value data use cases and choose external sources
- Build end-to-end pipelines: ingest, extract, synthesize from new sources
- Expose data through product surfaces agents can consume accurately
- Build evaluation harnesses for data quality and agent reliability at scale
