About the role
Founding post-sale hire at an insurance-data startup serving top-100 US brokerages: own the journey from contract signature to full activation — part project manager, part technical integrator, part relationship owner — and design the onboarding program while running it.
What you'll do
- Own enterprise onboarding end to end: kickoff, training, full user activation
- Build the program itself: playbooks, activation metrics, milestone tracking, change management
- Handle technical integrations independently (SQL, cloud platforms) without engineering support
- Be the primary post-sale relationship owner for senior brokerage stakeholders
- Feed field insight back into product development
What they're looking for
- 4-8 years in technical account management, program management, or similar hybrid roles
- Non-negotiable technical depth: SQL and real integration work
- Executive presence with senior stakeholders
- Experience building (not just running) an onboarding function
