About the role
Deploy frontier technology into great American businesses at a new kind of transformation company founded by leaders who built one of the most storied forward-deployed engineering cultures in tech. You'd turn ambiguous business problems into deployed systems — and co-author the transformation roadmap itself.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy software, AI systems, data workflows, and operational tools for partner companies
- Work directly with executives, operators, and frontline users
- Own outcomes end to end from discovery through adoption
- Co-author transformation roadmaps: what to build, what to scale, what to change organizationally
- Travel 30-40% to work shoulder to shoulder with management teams
What they're looking for
- 2+ years post-college with a strong CS/software foundation
- Production-quality Python, TypeScript, or similar
- AI-native working style — daily AI tooling for code, data, automation
- Comfort creating structure with no roadmap or spec
