About the role
Own the front-end and UX layer of an AI outbound platform on a 5-person team backed by a top accelerator — already powering outbound for 40+ fast-growing startups. You'd unblock the design bottleneck and turn vague user requests into polished interfaces.
What you'll do
- Engage customers directly in Slack and translate pain into great UX
- Own front-end and design tickets, easing load on the sole designer
- Build polished React/Next.js interfaces over complex outbound workflows
- Break vague requests into well-designed solutions
- Ship rapidly with the co-founders and founding engineer
